I have around 50k in my OA,my wife has around 70k in her OA.We currently own a hdb apartment for about 8 years now.We would like to buy a private property in the east at about 700k-900k.Any kind soul can explain how to or can we purchase a secong property?Thanks!

    Thanks for the reply Catherine.Need to know,after paying the 5%,how do i know how much cpf i can use for the balance of 15%.Considering the amount of cpf my wife and i currently have in our OA.
