I have applied loan to bank in the last month 28-29 Jan , without getting IPA, usually how many days it is required to approve loan? My OTP is due on 19th Feb. My credit bureau report is AA and no outstanding loan on me. However they are saying that they doing my second ID check. There is nothing panic , but I am worried. Has anyone faced same situation before?

    Just one.. I thought I may need to pay for valuation in case of many banks. I am nearly 10 yrs old pr, they are doing my second id check.. What for I dont know..!

Why not call the banker to find out more about this and highlight your concern since it will be in the bank interest to secure your loan application for the purchase?
