Hi, the grants used by you is usually not important as it is the resale levy that is being applied when you purchase a flat. You can apply for an HFE to see the grants you are eligible for as well as any resale levy applicable.

Hi,

Buying brand new EC from developer is already considered one subsidized housing, be it whether you have gotten grants for the EC or not. You have to sell away your EC, wait out 15 months after selling, before you are eligible for resale HDB again.

Purchasing a brand new Executive Condominium (EC) from a developer is considered subsidized housing.
This applies regardless of whether you have received any grants for the EC.
If you want to buy a resale HDB flat, you must:
Sell your EC first.
Wait for 15 months after selling your EC before you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat again.
