I have already achieved the cpf min.sum scheme, and have in excess, about S$ 120k,..plus about S$ 50k, cash.
What type of a private property can I buy ?

all my possessions are fully paid-up. No debts.
Please advise by private email.

Hi Ong,

Based on the information that you had provided, you can purchase properties up to $800k after offsetting stamp duty and legal fees. You can probably purchase a 99 leasehold 2 bedroom unit or freehold studio/1 bedroom in suburban area.
