i have about 150k cash and minimal cpf. I would like to find out is there possibility in getting a 2rm condo unit near a MRT which is not more than 600k? Appreciate your advice.

You might have to turn to 1 bedder in new launch if you want to buy within your budget if not, you might have to increase your budget by a little. But as of now, you should able to afford a property worth $655k based on your $150k cash and you are a Singaporean purchasing first residential property.
Btw there's a new launch, Kingsford Waterbay along Upper Serangoon View. You might be able to purchase a 2 bedders there.
