Afternoon Cindy,

You are not eligible to purchase a HDB flat with your brother as both of you dont fulfill the family nucleus requirement and there's no siblings scheme.

In regards to whether you are eligible to buy a condo and wants to find out more about your budget and affordability of one, why not I request my bankers to advise you on that? Thus you will have a better idea of your condo budget.
