Hi Mark,

I also have a unit with similar situation as yours, it very much depends on what is the surrounding rental asking for. Of course if your competitor units are looking at lower than $3.5k you are looking at, chances for these units to be taken up will be higher. As you know, tenants are looking for a short term home here in Singapore and the deco of unit will not concern too much to them as long as it is habitable and price will be more of a consideration.

It is not a case where your unit will not be rented out but you will need to be patient in getting the right tenants. Perhaps I can assist you and see how we can push your unit together?
