I have a question if for example I owned a resale HDB flat that I bought before I got married and this resale HDB flat is solely under my name. However, I recently just got married and the HDB is still under my name and my wife is just an occupier. Can my wife buy a condo in the future solely under her name? Or does she need to pay 2nd property tax?
