I have a property jointly own with my wife. The value is approx $950K. We like to buy a 2nd property @ Approx $1.8M. If we take out my wife name from the 1st property and she is the sole owner of the 2nd property just to avoid the 7% ABSD, is there other hidden cost or issue that I need to consider?
