Do share more details on your semi detached available for rent. In comparison to condominiums with facilities, landed home tends to be slightly more challenging to match a tenant especially if tenants have young children in tow, therefore the facilities available in a condominium will be a pull factor.

There are definitely tenants who will only consider landed homes, and I will be glad to be able to match these tenants to your place if it is suitable.

I believe you are aware rental yield for residential property is very low at about 2% , even lower if it is a freehold landed property because the capital is relatively higher , other problems for landlord includes vacancy rates , wear and tear repairs , property tax and income tax generated from rental , agent fees etc , the worse scenerio though rare , is when tenant dont pay or no money to pay .

You may consider selling your landed instead , i think selling is not a bad choice , assuming the owner of this landed do not have the tendency to squander away the cash proceeds .
