Thank you for putting up this entry. The pricing of different projects across district 9 varies greatly, for high rise penthouses to low rise penthouses, from newer projects to the older ones. Throughout my past 10 years in this industry, I am lucky to have the experience in transacting a number of penthouses from sale to rental, as I understand that this is a very niche segment of the real estate market, as not many consumers appreciates the vast open spaces that can come with some of these penthouses in the market.
