i have a HBD valuation worth 350k fully paid, 45k in CPF together with 50k ready cash for a resale condo. looking for not more than 700k condo ready to move in condition, preferably less than 6 MRT stops away from central area. Is this possible?

Afternoon Ben Teoh,

May I know what is your current age, credit and income status?
Your current CPF OA have $45k but how much have you used for your current unit, inclusive of interest?

As I'm still short of this few figures, it's not ethical for me to comment too much as of now.
