Single Scheme only applies to Singapore Citizen. If you are granted Citizenship, you will be eligible to buy a HDB if you're above 35 years old.

Single SPR could only purchasing private residential property. Only single Singapore Citizen could purchase resale HDB flat or applying 2room BTO flat from HDB.
