i have a budget of 1 mil may I know if I can buy a 2 bedroom condo unit in east coast/siglap/katong area? what are the option?

HI, i have 2 units Studio at Haig 162, TOP mid 2013. 366sqft studio. would be better as you can rent and get income from both. thnks.
