I have a 99 year lease condo about 1535 sqft. I would be interested in selling and move to another near Bedok area. An executive condo or a 4I in HDB bedok area near Chai chee lane is welcome, what is the best I can hope for?

The best you can hope for is let me market for you the condo, and sell at a profit? You did not mention which condo you are staying so I not able to advise the past transacted price.
Another best you can hope for is to sell and buy your next property through ERA. We have this Warranty plan, which ERA will take care of your property if we handle your sell and buy.
