I have a 5 rm hdb which I can fully pay if necessary. I'm interested to upgrade to EC but not sure if we are financially capable. Should we sell our hdb first or what? What is the most intelligent plan for people like us.

Hi Angel,

If you are thinking of upgrading to a new EC direct from developer, the smart thing to do is usually to wait for TOP of the EC before you sell your HDB, unless you have viable alternative accommodation in the meantime. Else, you would have to spend good $ renting.

I am marketing a new EC launch walking distance to Punggol, and can share more on the financing schemes (deferred payment plan, etc) which will make the switch to an EC way easier :)
