For rental,agency fee will be 1/2 month's rent+GST for every 1 year lease.For example,rental at $3200 for 1 year contract,the agency fee will be $1600+GST..Hope it helps.Feel free to contact me if you need help in marketing your unit.Thanks

Rental commission is half month of the rent for 1 year rental.

and 1 month commission for 2 years lease.
