i have 50k in my cpf. i m a singaporean married for the 2nd time to my malaysian (LTVP+) hubby . is my cpf enough for us to buy a 4rm flat. FYI, i sold my previous matrimonial flat 5 yrs ago . do i have to pay any levy to hdb as a 2nd timer? can someone advise me pls.. thank u in advance.

Hi ,
If you are 2nd timer, buy HDB at resale market, DBSS or EC not need to pay any resale levy. thank.
