I have 200000$ cash. Ave yearly income 75000$. I am thinking of buying a 2BR but am not sure if I can finance. Should I just buy a 1BR? I can get 660k$ loan. My friend told me to look at Jewel@Baungkok which I think has very good amenities. I am a first time buyer. Need advise on what to look out of :) Thanks

Hi Robin

If you are worried about the financing part of the housing loan, why don't you speak to a banker first by applying a loan eligibility?

Pls feel free to let me know if you require any banker's contact or need any other assistance.

Regards

Hi Robin, good day to you. On a non-prejudice basis, there's certainly a number of value buys in the market currently by reputable developers just like what my fellow colleagues have mentioned earlier on. Most importantly as a buyer yourself, you will have to know what is the purpose of the purchase. Is it for investment or own stay? As important as comfort and convenience for own stay, location of the project and future development in the surroundings is also as important for investment. As for your finances, I can see that you have already work out pretty well with a good substantial loan figure. You might want to factor in CPF, legal amount and stamp duties during the purchase. You can call/Sms me at 92273334  or email me at Carelyong@gmail.com for a friendly discussion. I am currently residing right behind Jewel @ Buangkok for 20+ years and I am very familiar with the area. Hope to advise you a tip or two. :)
