I have 2 questions.
1) I am a Singaporean and if I were to marry a foreigner, am I eligible to purchase a resale HDB?
2)If I am not getting married, is it possible that I purchase a new private home as a condo?

Hi Curious,

If you are married. You can buy a resale HDB under the non-citizen spouse scheme. However, pls note that Your spouse must have a Long Term Visit Pass or Work Pass.

If you are not married and above 35 years old, you can buy resale HDB under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme.

If you are not married and under 35 years old, you can only buy private condo.
