I have 2 months ago checked ura's website and noticed that the plot ratio at flame tree was 3.1 and now today a check on ura's website, it shows 2.1 plot ratio. how is this possible?
and wish if anyone know the area of this plot (how big? sq ft)

Hi Anders,

Current plot ratio is 2.1.
Land area is about 160000 sq feet. (estimated, please do not quote)
