Subjective. If you have furnishings and when tenants also have their furnishings and need you to remove, you have to find place to store these furnitures, on the other hand, there could also be more tenants who are looking for fully furnished unit.
My observation is that if tenants have their own furnitures, chances are they are able to take up longer lease or be long term occupant if all conditions are alright for them. For tenants who needs full furnishings, it is likely that they have been in Singapore only recently or they do not intend to stay for the long term. You maybe able to fetch a better rental rate in the long run if you lease it out fully furnished, but you also take the risk in having more inconveniences since you will also be liable to carry out some form of servicing and repair for the items you have provided.
