I happen to know someone who's selling his property which I am very much interested in. It's in a nice location but needs terrible make-over. Re-wiring of electrical need to be done, plumbing needs to be re-done, paint job too, and a lot of other little stuff. I honestly do like the place but i think the cost of buying and re-doing it is equivalent to me getting a home that is good as new. What should I do?
