I had just purchase a condo and understand Buyer stamp duty can be reimbursed by CPF. At what stage do they start the process of reimbursement eg after payment of the Buyer stamp duty or after collect keys or after 20% payment? I had exercise OTP in mid March and now is May with more than 3 weeks.

Hope u have gotten the reimbursement. You may check with your lawyer or write in to CPF board to check on status if it is still outstanding. Read More
