Assuming that you are looking at buying a condo of $700k, based on your IPA, you would need $140k for down payment. Along with ABSD payable and standard stamp duty, you will need around $91k cash and $105k CPF. Hence you are currently short of $96k.

Based on your income, you can loan $700k, and buy up to max $875k property based on 80% loan.

However, you do not have sufficient money to pay for the downpayment of 20% for a $875k property.

From you existing funds, I have worked out that with your current finances, you can only afford a property of up to $400k.

If you're married, you may want to consider a HDB flat instead?
