I had a very bad experience selling my previous condo when I was pressured by my property agent to sell below valuation. How do I get a top noch agent to sell my property without going for the lowest price? I have a 1300 sq ft freehold condo in district 5 for sale but am afraid to go through the bad experience again.

Afternoon SK,

It would normally be good to have to discussion and understanding with your property agent, to ensure that both know each others requirement. I would presume there was lack of communication, prior to the sales of your previous unit.
