I got confuse with the Numbers in this website, Looking at the new condo The Wisteria (D27), starting price was 4xxK however, after reading the forum, agents says minimum 6xxk for a one bedroom condo. Which is which ?

There isn't an indicative pricing from developer yet, hence the numbers you have now are not important.
