I currently own a resale HDB flat solely in my name for about 2 years now. If I want to buy a private property with a TOP just after my MOP. Am I eligible to purchase a private before that?

Sorry, you could purchase a private unit only after you hit the MOP.

Afternoon Ms. Liew,

As per HDB ruling, owners are only eligible to indicate interest on other residential property upon fulfilling 5 years MOP. Hence to present an option and to exercise it would be against the HDB ruling. I'm afraid you might have to it it out for another 3 more years.
