i currently have a bto flat, is it possible for me to get a hdb or condo as i need a place to live in with my wife and 3 children ?and if possible how much loan can i loan ?

Afternoon Alvin,

At this stage, I would say that you have placed the deposit for your HDB unit. If you do decide that you need a bigger unit for your family, you have to give-up on your current application. You will lose the deposit and be barred from new selection for 1 year. However, since you have brought up this question, I guess your options are clear. You are just looking for someone to justify your answer. Move on if it's better for you and your family.
