I can only sell my hdb flat in early April 09 under the regulations (meaning lock in the 1st appt to HDB), what is the timeline to sell and buy another apt? I do not want to sell my flat and have nowhere to stay.

Hi SL Li,

The time taken to sell your property is approximately 3mths within the validity of the valuation report.

Please contact myself as i would need to know what kind of apartment u are living in now, looking to move to another HDB/Condo. Also, i would suggest to meet up in person to discuss on your financial status. We would also need to touch up issues on whether it is better for u to sell first or buy first, so as to ensure that you have 100% a place to stay.
