i buying resale flat under joint single scheme with my brother our total CPf 158k and we are both currently unemployed.we don't know whether can get the joint single grant and PHG as our parent will be staying with us.,we are looking 3room around Jurong east st 21and st24 area so can please advise thanks

Hi, you can try applying for the loan first before you proceed to the next step .

Hi,

You can apply for HLE to see how much loan you can get. From there you can plan your budget. However, with TDSR, it might be hard to get a loan for unemployed.
As for PHG, it will be applicable if you are buying a resale flat to live with or near your parent.
Just to check, are you and your brother first timer in getting a flat?

    Yes me and brother are 1st timer,i have check i cant apply for loan,another things is the PHG can i apply this grant before or after my parent sold the flat within 6 months time please advise thanks
