i bought my condo on 27 January 2010. am i caught in the 1-year seller stamp duties if i want to sell my condo now?

Hi LLT,

You are not affected by the Seller Stamp Duty since you bought it before 20 Feb 2010.

if you are serious in selling, engage an agent who can focus and commitment in marketing expsosure...eg 3 times weekly advertisement, tehnology niche marketing..etc.. or call 9680 4288 also chk this site
