Evening,

When you purchase New EC, you are not required to pay levy. However, as it's still under HDB ruling within the first 5 years, upon TOP, you are require to sell off the current HDB unit within 6 months of key collection.

Hi Sarvasri,

Yes,you can purchase new EC as a second timer. However,you are required to dispose off your current HDB within 6months upon TOP of your new EC. I have a few new ECs just launched in various parts of Singapore,direct from developer's sales. Please feel free to contact me for more info..Thanks
