I and my wife are Singapore PR and jointly own 1 property (private condominium) in Singapore. Our daughter is 18 years old and would like to buy anothre property for our daughter. We have a few questions: 1/ Is our daughter allowed to legally own property in Singapore (either single or jointly with an adult)? 2/ Our daughter is also a PR and currently a student and has no income. Can she get a bank loan with us a guarantors? 2/ In case this will be her first property in Singapore, what stamp duties, etc will be applicable to her in case of she can own the property either as an individual or jointly with her parent?
