I and my husband are first time buyers and both of us don't have much cpf because of working on contract basis. Is it possible for me to buy a re-sale flat without COV and get a grant from hdb?

Afternoon Nurul,

I would echo Charles's statement. Getting a HDB resale unit without COV can be challenging and time consuming but not impossible. As for the grant, either or both of you must be SC and earning an combined household income of less than $10k to qualify. It would be prudent to apply for HLE first and get a sensing of your budget.
