I and my fiancee are first timer buying a flat. We looking into buying resale flat. We looking for a flat that dont require COV. Is it still possible?

Morning Zorro,

I wont say it's impossible but it will be pretty hard.

You cant have two worlds in your hands. If you want a move in condition unit, you must be willing to pay COV. Likewise, if you are buying a unit without any COV, you must be expecting to buy a pretty original condition.

Afternoon Zorro,

I would echo what YT had said. I have closed units without or with very low COV with my buyers. However, it takes time and depend on which estate you are looking at.
