I and my daughter had our HLE done and expires on the 9th August. We are looking at a 2 room or 3 rooms flat. HLE loan S$153K and our combine CPF will be at $35K. Cash on hand only S$10K. Are there any flats available URGENTLY...

Recently my client bought a condo while 'holding' on to a HDB flat. She need the 'funds' and hence, has to sell the HDB unit. The S&P process needs careful and confident planning. Call us if you need an opinion.
