i and my boyfriend are sg pr. we plan to get marry soon.Is that HDB just recognize/acknowledge singapore marriage certificate for 2 PRs?Or HDB also can accept Malaysia or other country marriage certificate ?

Morning,

As long as your marriage cert is legal, within your country of residence, HDB will accept the certificate.
I had China and Malaysia clients who uses their marriage cert as documentation proof of marriage.
