I am thinking of renting my 5rm flat (abt 1300 sqf) in serangoon north ave 4, in abt a years time. fully furnished except no bed in master br. Out of the 3 br, can I still keep one room for myself (I have lots of stuff that I cant bring over to my new place) but rent the rest of the unit out? Its effectively the living, dining, kitchen, 2 br (including master br). Is there such an arrangement and how much rental can I get for this minus one room whole rental?
