I am still deciding to buy resale-EC or resale HDB as a single Singaporean above 35 years old. Can anyone tell me what are the EC which are already more than the 5 years MOP?

Am I right that if I buy a resale EC after 5 years MOP then I don't need to do the 5 years MOP? Then after 10 years I can sell it as provate condo? Thanks for the help Gurus!

Congrats on your plan of getting your property. Getting a resale EC with just 5 years MOP is definitely not a bad idea at all. Of course it will also boil down to your budget as I would advice all home buyers to buy a property that is very comfortable within their financial budget. This will also affect your ultimate decision to commit to an EC or HDB.
