Hi Apple,

If I do recall correctly, the agents and I have answered to a similar question sometime back.

To me, any block and unit can be sold if the marketing agent can capture the positive points of the unit and sell it to the buyer, while identifying the needs and requirements of the buyer and matching them with the unit. Buyers buy units based on their needs first before their wants therefore it doesn't really matter too much which block it is selling but the skills of the agent selling the unit.
