Afternoon Anne,

In my personal view, DBSS is just another HDB unit, using external designers. You are paying premium price without getting the necessary facilities. However, since you have pin-pointed DBSS, I believe you have your standing. Work on your financial status and budget before leaping in. You also need to work on the time-line requirement too.
