In my personal view, DBSS is just another HDB unit, using external designers. You are paying premium price without getting the necessary facilities. However, since you have pin-pointed DBSS, I believe you have your standing. Work on your financial status and budget before leaping in. You also need to work on the time-line requirement too.

Hello Annie,

It really depends on your needs and plans. Since you mentioned that you had almost clear your loan, if financial is stable and able. Do consider a private property for long term investment and keep your present HDB for own stay or rental.

Do consider carefully about your plans especially pertaining to your property.
