Good morning Richard,
In order for a SPR household to purchase a resale HDB, both parties must fulfil SPR status of 3 years respectively.
So as of now, you are still not eligible to purchase one with your wife.
If not your alternative will be to turn SC and purchase with your SPR wife or to purchase a private property instead.
