Afternoon,

SPR can only purchase resale HDB unit of both are SPR for more than 3 years or their spouse is SC. Based on your case, you are currently eligible for private condo.

Good afternoon Stewart,

I am afraid to inform you that both of you must be SPR for at least 3 years respectively before you are eligible to purchase a resale HDB.

Alternatively you can opt to purchase a private property solely under your name. But do take note that you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR.

Hope my sharing is beneficial to your property purchase.

May I know how can I continue to value add in this purchase?

Warmest Regards,
