I am single, can I buy sale of balance flats using my name only?

As a single above 35 who is either unmarried or widowed, you can buy direct from HDB. however you can only buy 2 room flexi units at non mature estates.
You may want to consider resale where as a single , you may be eligible for up to $80,000 in grants.
