Perhaps you would like to consider getting a private property of a lower quantum? There are studio and 1 bedder Private Properties within $600K.

Single SC above the age of 35 are eligible for purchase of resale unit under single scheme. You can opt to purchase resale unit with your parents under Public scheme if they are willing to sell away their unit and stay with you.
