I am single, 37 years old and I am thinking of buying a studio apartment. I have a few questions:

1. Am I eligible to purchase a new private apartment?

2. How much cash payment do I need to prepare or make as downpayment to secure the unit first?

3. Can I use my CPF to finance my apartment?

4. What are other costs/payments do I have to prepare to complete the purchase?
