I am Singaporean currently living in HDB flat in the east. I am thinking of upgrading or changing to live in a condo. I have $100,000 as downpayment but unsure of the choices that I have. Any advise?

Will be able to help you assess the various options. Will require more information such as your current age, any outstanding loan for your HDB, preferred condo size and budget, location, etc
