Afternoon Maggie,

Since your current unit have being fully paid and that you are SC, you will be eligible for the second purchase. You can get max of 80% loan but will be subjected to ABSD of 7%. You will also need to set aside the CPF minimum sum, if you have utilized CPF for your existing HDB unit.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Good afternoon Maggie,

As long as you have fulfilled the applicable minimum occupation period for your HDB, you as a SC can hold on to your HDB and purchase a private property under your name but do take note that you will be subject to 7% additional buyer's stamp duty as a SC.

Hope it helps!

If you need any assistance in your property purchase, feel free to contact me. Cheers!

Warmest Regards,
