I am singapore citizen, living in the US for 10 years. ( a US PR). I am beginning my process of potential relocation back to singapore, I have identified a landed property to buy. Are there any restrictions, I should be aware of ? Am I considered a non resident in singapore, even though I have my singapore ic and passport.

As long as you are still holding on to the pink IC, you will be eligible to consider purchase of landed properties in Singapore. As this is a restricted class of property which only Singapore Citizens and SPR (with approval by the authorities) can purchase, the exit strategy tends to be different from the mass market non-landed private residential homes.
